THAT VINTAGE MOSCHINO TOP

Vorige maandag vierden we de 60ste verjaardag van mijn schoonvader in Rotterdam. Het ideale moment om mijn nieuwe vintage (of moet ik zeggen oude) top die ik onlangs gekocht had in de kringloop eens te combineren met jawel mijn favoriete lange rok van deze zomer, gescoord vorig seizoen bij JBC.

Ik was zo happy toen ik deze top in de rekken vond. He puts a smile on my face. Grote gouden letters, een koe en een killer quote ‘In Love We Trust’. Compleet over the top, zoals we het merk nu nog altijd kennen (denk aan één van hun laatste collecties met de Barbie of McDonalds looks 🙂 ). Maar hey, it never hurts to add a litte fun to your outfit. Dus sold !

De top kan best ook gecombineerd worden met een high waisted skinny of a midi-skirt die gedragen wordt in de taille. Hij is niet zo lang en aangezien ik de ‘let’s show of your belly’-leefdtijd gepasserd ben, draag ik hem fijn in mijn maxi-skirt.

So girls and boys, don’t be shy and add some fun to your wardrobe, en check eens die 2dehandswinkel bij jou in de buurt. Je weet nooit wat je vindt 😉

Last Monday we celebrated my father-in-law’s birthday in Rotterdam and that was the perfect opportunity to wear my new (or do I have to say old) vintage top I bought recently at our local thriftstore. I combined it with my favorite long skirt of this summer. One of my sale items I scored last season at JBC.

I was so happy when I found this top. It really put a smile on my face. Big golden letters, a cow and a killer quote ‘In Love We Trust’. Totally over the top. And that’s what the brand is stands for (remember the Barbie and McDonalds collection from a few seasons ago ? 🙂 ). It never hurts to add a little fun to your outfit so this one immediatly was sold.

The top can easily be combined with a high waisted skinny or a midi-skirt worn in the waist. The top itself is quite short and I do not have that ‘let’s show off your belly’- age anymore 🙂 so nicely tucked it in which works perfectly.

So girls and boys, don’t be shy and add some fun to your wardrobe, and go and check your local thriftstore. You never know what you gonna find 😉
